# The Explosives Regulations 2014 (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 12: Amendment of the Explosives Regulations 2014


In Schedule 11, in paragraph 15, for sub-paragraph (1), substitute—
“(1) The Executive is the enforcing authority for regulation 8, Part 13 and paragraph 18 of Schedule 12.”.
