  "heading": "Licences for sites which cease to be ONR regulated sites",
  "text": "(1) Where this regulation applies a licence granted by, or treated as granted by, the ONR is to be treated on and after the relevant date as a licence granted by the relevant licensing authority.\n(2) This regulation applies where—\n(a) the site in respect of which the licence was granted ceases to be an ONR regulated site; and\n(b) the licence mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) remained in force immediately before the relevant date.\n(3) In this regulation—\n(a) “relevant date” means, in relation to a site, the date on which the site ceased to be an ONR regulated site; and\n(b) “relevant licensing authority” means the licensing authority for the site determined in accordance with Schedule 1, other than paragraph 4 of that Schedule, as if an application for a licence were to be made.",
