# The Explosives Regulations 2014, Paragraph 6


A desensitised explosive which is—
(a) a medicinal product as defined in regulation 2 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ; or
(b) a veterinary medicinal product as defined in regulation 2 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013 .
