  "text": "Where—\n(a) Table 1, 3, 4 or 5 applies; and\n(b) the number of dwellings in the reference zone is equal to or less than the number specified in the entry in column 3 of the relevant Supplementary Table corresponding to the quantity of explosives shown in column 1 of the Supplementary Table,\nthe distance between a store and any dwelling is the distance (if any) specified in the corresponding entry in column 4 of the Supplementary Table.",
