  "text": "For a cartridged explosive and any explosive in sacks—\n(a) subject to paragraph 10(1), the unique identification must be on an adhesive label attached to, or be directly printed on, each cartridge or sack;\n(b) an associated label must be placed on each case of cartridges; and\n(c) a passive inert electronic tag may be attached to each cartridge or sack and an associated electronic tag attached to each case of cartridges.",
