  "text": "For electric, non-electric and electronic detonators—\n(a) subject to paragraph 10(1), the unique identification must—\n(i) be on an adhesive label attached to the wires or tube; or\n(ii) be on an adhesive label attached to, or be directly printed or stamped on, the detonator shell;\n(b) an associated label must be placed on each case of detonators; and\n(c) a passive inert electronic tag may be attached to each detonator and an associated tag attached to each case of detonators.",
