Article 2 Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2 to 2003 Order

(1)

In Schedule 1 to the 2003 Order, after the definition of “energetic materials” insert—

““explosive signatures” are features which are characteristic of explosives in any form prior to their initiation, as detected using technology including, but not limited to, ion mobility spectrometry, chemiluminescence, fluorescence, nuclear, acoustic or electromagnetic techniques;”.

Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the 2003 Order is amended as set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order.

Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the 2003 Order is amended as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this Order.

Schedule 2 to the 2003 Order is amended as set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
