# The Export Control Act 2002 (Commencement & Transitional Provisions) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Export Control Act 2002 (Commencement & Transitional Provisions) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 30th October 2003.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Export Control Act 2002.
