  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which come into force at 10.59 p.m. on 31st December 2020, correct a drafting error in regulation 7(9) of the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/1502) before that regulation comes into force.\nThese Regulations are being issued free of charge to all known recipients of the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary, or public sector is foreseen.",
