# The Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2020, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into force at 10.59 p.m. on 31st December 2020.
