Regulation 2 Amendment of the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

In the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020^f1, in regulation 7(9), in the text of paragraph (28B) to be inserted in regulation 4 of the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019^f2, after the text of article 42N(2)(a) contained in that paragraph, for “and”, substitute “or”.
