  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order clarifies the scope of the prohibitions on exportation of goods in the Export Control Order 2008 so as to ensure that breaches of the controls created by the Order are amenable to action under the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
