# The Export Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2011, Article 3: Amendments related to Libyan bank notes and coins


(1) The Export Control Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) After article 4A insert—
“Movement of Libyan bank notes and coins
4B. Subject to article 26, no person shall export unissued Libyan bank notes or unissued Libyan coins.”.
(3) In paragraphs (1)(a)(i) and (2)(a) of article 41 (application of CEMA in respect of offences), after “4A,” insert “4B,”.
