  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (UK controlled dual-use goods, software and technology) is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit the following definitions—\n(a) “circuit element”;\n(b) “digital computer”, including the Note to that definition;\n(c) “discrete component”;\n(d) “electronic assemblies”;\n(e) “Process Design Kit”.\n(3) Omit the entries PL9013 to PL9015, including the headings, Notes and Technical Notes to those entries.",
