# The Export Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Regulation 4: Amendments to Schedule 3 (UK Controlled Dual-Use Goods, Software and Technology)


(1) Schedule 3 (UK controlled dual-use goods, software and technology) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the following definitions—
(a) “circuit element”;
(b) “digital computer”, including the Note to that definition;
(c) “discrete component”;
(d) “electronic assemblies”;
(e) “Process Design Kit”.
(3) Omit the entries PL9013 to PL9015, including the headings, Notes and Technical Notes to those entries.
