  "text": "(1) Schedule 4 (Countries and Destinations Subject to Stricter Export or Trade Controls) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 2 (embargoed and subject to transit control for military goods), omit—\n(a) “Armenia”;\n(b) “Azerbaijan”.\n(3) In Part 4 (subject to transit control for category B goods), at the appropriate place, insert—\n(a) “Armenia”;\n(b) “Azerbaijan”.",
