in paragraph (1), for “under Article 16 (record-keeping) or 21(5) (records of exportation and transfer of listed items within the customs territory) of the dual-use Regulation” substitute “under Article 20 (record-keeping) or 22(8) (records of exportation and transfer of listed items within the customs territory) of the dual-use Regulation”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b), for “under Article 16 or 21(5)” substitute “under Article 20 or 22(8)”.
