  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in SI 2006/1696 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCUSTOMS\nMade 19th August 2006\nLaid before Parliament 22nd August 2006\nComing into force 23rd August 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Export Control Act 2002:",
