# The Export Control (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 13th July 2023.
(2) Regulations 1 and 2 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3) Regulation 3 extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.
