# The Export Control (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Export Control Order 2008


(1) Schedule 4 (Countries And Destinations Subject To Stricter Export Or Trade Controls) to the Export Control Order 2008 is amended as follows—
(2) In Part 3 (Subject To Transit Control For Military Goods), insert “Haiti” at the appropriate place;
(3) In Part 4 (Subject To Transit Control For Category B Goods), omit “Haiti”.
