  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has, in part, been made in consequence of an error in S.I. 2023/695 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCUSTOMS\nTRADE\nMade 7th March 2024\nLaid before Parliament 11th March 2024\nComing into force 1st April 2024\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 of the Export Control Act 2002 and Article 15(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 of 5 May 2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items (Recast).",
