Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

These Regulations come into force on 20th May 2025.

(3)

Parts 1 and 2 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(4)

Part 3 extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.
