  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Export of Goods, Transfer of Technology and Provision of Technical Assistance (Control) Order 2003 and the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) Order 2004 removing the arms embargo in relation to Bosnia and Herzegovina.\nThese amendments are made in consequence of EU Common Position 2006/29/CFSP (OJ L 19, 24.1.2006, p34) adopted on 23 January 2006.\nA regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
