# The Export Control (Democratic Republic of Congo) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2008 (revoked), Article 4


In Article 3, for the words “any person, entity or body in, or for use in, the Democratic Republic of Congo” substitute the words “any non-governmental person, entity or body operating in the territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo” where they appear in paragraph (a) and (b).
