Article 1
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Liberia) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 27th July 2006.
(2)
In this Order—
-
“the Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No. 234/2004 of 10 February 2004f1 as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 1126/2006 of 24 July 2006f2; and
-
“customs and excise Acts”, “assigned matter” and “prescribed sum” have the same meanings as in section 1 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979f3.
