# The Export Control (North Korea) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendment of 2003 Order


(1) In article 2(1) of the 2003 Order, after the definition of “normal commercial journey” insert—
““North Korea” means the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea;”.
(2) In article 11(2), (6) and (9) of the 2003 Order, after “Iran” insert “or North Korea”.
