# The Export Control Order 2008, Article 44: Service of notices

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Any notice to be given to the Secretary of State by a person under this Order may be given by an agent of that person; and shall be sent by post or delivered to the Secretary of State at the Export Control Organisation, Department for Business and Trade.
