# The Export Control Order 2008, Paragraph 12: Ammunition for light weapons within ML4


Rockets, grenades, missiles and other explosive devices that are—
(a) specified in entry ML4 in Schedule 2; and
(b) capable of being fired or launched from equipment falling within paragraph 11.
