  "text": "Certain Security and Para-Military Police Equipment\n1.\nGoods designed for the execution of human beings, as follows—\na.\nGallows and guillotines;\nb.\nElectric chairs;\nc.\nAir-tight vaults made of eg, steel and glass, designed for the purpose of execution of human beings by the administration of lethal gas or substance;\nd.\nAutomatic drug injection systems designed for the purpose of execution of human beings by the administration of a lethal chemical substance.\n2.\nRestraints specially designed for restraining human beings, as follows—\na.\nLeg-irons, gangchains, shackles and individual cuffs or shackle bracelets except those that are “ordinary handcuffs”;\nb.\nRestraint chairs unless designed for disabled persons;\nc.\nShackle boards;\nd.\nThumb-cuffs and thumb-screws, including serrated thumb-cuffs;\ne.\nElectric shock belts.\n3.\nPortable devices designed or modified for the purpose of riot control or self-protection by the administration of an electric shock (eg, electric-shock batons, electric-shock shields, stun-guns and electric-shock dart-guns).\n4.\nComponents specially designed or modified for the devices in paragraph 3.\n5.\nHand-held, spiked batons.\nCluster munitions, explosive submunitions and explosive bomblets\n6.\na.\n“Cluster munitions”;\nb.\n“Explosive bomblets” which are specifically designed to be dispersed or released from dispensers affixed to aircraft.\n7.\n“Explosive submunitions”\n8.\nComponents specially designed for “cluster munitions”, “explosive submunitions” or “explosive bomblets”.",
