  "heading": "Amendments to the 2003 Order",
  "text": "Article 3 of the 2003 Order shall be amended as follows—\n(a) after paragraph 1 insert the following paragraph:\n“(1A) Subject to the provisions of this Order, goods of a description in Schedule 1A to this Order are prohibited to be exported to any Member State.”; and\n(b) in paragraph 2 after the words “Paragraph (1)” insert the words “or 1A”.",
