  "text": "For paragraph (11)(b) of Article 11 of the 2003 Order substitute—\n“(b) the following goods;\n(i) any goods falling within paragraph d., g. or h. of entry PL5001 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order;\n(ii) any goods falling within entry 1 or 2 in Schedule 1A to this Order; or\n(iii) any goods falling within entry 3 in Schedule 1A to this Order where those goods are in transit from one Member State to another Member State.”.",
