  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1A\nCERTAIN PROHIBITED SECURITY AND PARAMILITARY GOODS\nArticle 3\nSecurity and para-military police “ goods” as follows:\n1 Gangchains and leg-irons specially designed for restraining human beings.\n2 Portable devices designed or modified for the purpose of riot control or self-protection by the administration of an electric shock (e.g., electric-shock batons, electric-shock shields, stun-guns and electric- shock dart-guns having a no load voltage exceeding 10,000 volts).\n3 Electric–shock belts designed for restraining human beings by the administration of electric shocks having a no-load voltage exceeding 10 000 volts.”",
