In the definition of “the Regulation” in article 1(2) of the Export Control (Libya) Order 2011 , after “Council Regulation (EU) No 204/2011 of 2 March 2011 ” insert “ as amended by Council Regulation (EU) No 296/2011of 25 March 2011 ”.
