  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under article 2, or article 4(2) or (3) of this Order shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction to a fine of the prescribed sum or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or to both; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine of any amount or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under article 3 of this Order shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction to a fine of the prescribed sum or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or to both; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine of any amount or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, or to both.",
