Article 2
The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1985f1 shall be further amended as follows:
After Article 2(xi) there shall be added the following:
“(xii)scheduled goods indicated by the letter “L” are prohibited to be exported to any destination in Libya;
(xiii)scheduled goods indicated by the letter “Z” are prohibited to be exported to any destination in South Africa or Namibia”;
in Group 3E of Part II of Schedule 1, in entry IL1460 (Aircraft and helicopters, aircraft engines and aircraft and helicopter equipment), after head (1A), there shall be added the following:
“(1B)Aircraft and helicopters having a maximum all up weight of 680 kg or more …L, Z”;
in Group 3H of Part II of Schedule 1, for the entry relating to Aluminium alloys, there shall be substituted the following entry:
“Aluminium alloys, in which zinc predominates by weight over any other single alloying element, in the following forms: tubes, rods, forgings, bars and billets …A”.
