Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1991
(i)
by controlling exports to Libya of flight simulators and similar equipment, and related components, accessories, software and technological documents; and
(ii)
by deleting the reference in Schedule 2 to Hungary.
