  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force as follows:\n(a) this article and article 2 below shall come into force on 15th December 1995;\n(b) articles 3 and 4 below shall come into force on 23rd January 1996.\n(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994.",
