Coming into force—
articles 1 and 2 15th December 1995
articles 3 and 4 23rd January 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 1 of the Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939 and now vested in him, hereby makes the following Order:
