# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order makes changes to the formulation used to express export prohibitions in Article 2 of the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994. This Order substitutes provisions made in Article 2(2) of The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/2618).
