# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1989, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1987.
It introduces export control on zinc waste and scrap in accordance with Commission Regulation No. 4249/88.
