  "text": "The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1989 shall be further amended as follows:\n(a) Article 4(e) shall be deleted; and\n(b) in Group A of Part I of Schedule 1 (Goods specified by reference to Headings and Sub-headings of the Combined Nomenclature (“CN”)), there shall be deleted the entries relating to the following CN headings:\n91801 (Cocoa beans, whole or broken, raw or roasted);\n9ex 1803 (Cocoa paste (in bulk or block), whether or not defatted);\n91804 (Cocoa butter, fat and oil);\n9ex 1805 (Cocoa powder, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, otherwise than in retail packs each of less than 3.5 kg).",
