# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1989 by lifting export control in relation to cocoa beans, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cocoa fat, cocoa oil and cocoa powder.
