Article 2
The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1991f1 shall be further amended as follows—
(a)
in Group 3D in Part II of Schedule 1, for entry PL7019 there shall be substituted the following entry:
“PL7019
Vacuum or controlled environment (inert gas) induction furnaces capable of operation above 850°C and having induction coils 600 mm (24 in) or less in diameter … L, I, S, Y.
There are excluded from this entry furnaces designed for the processing of semiconductor wafers.”.
