# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th December 1997.
(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994.
(3) The following orders and provisions shall be revoked:
(a) the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment) Order 1995;
(b) article 4 of the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1995;
(c) the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment) Order 1996;
(d) in article 2 of the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996—
(i) the words “and in paragraph 1(ii) of article 3B” in paragraph (d), and
(ii) paragraph (e).
