  "text": "The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1989 shall be further amended as follows—\n(a) in article 4(f) the words “or in Namibia” shall be deleted;\n(b) in Group 3E in Part II of Schedule 1 after entry PL7010 there shall be inserted the following new entry—\n“PL7016 Aircraft, helicopters and steerable parachutes having a maximum all up weight of not more than 390kg …W”.",
