# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1989 by
(a) extending the exclusion from control in article 4 thereof for personal firearms to exports to Namibia;
(b) introducing export control for microlights, that is aircraft, helicopters and steerable parachutes having a maximum all up weight of not more than 390kg.
