  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1987.\nIt extends control over the export of chloroethanol, dimethylamine, potassium fluoride and dimethylamine hydrochloride to any destination. These chemicals are already controlled to Iran, Iraq, Libya and Syria.\nIt also introduces control on exports of tris-ethanolamine to any destination.",
