Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1992:
(i)
by removing from control certain computer related equipment; and
(ii)
by clarifying the control on certain electronic components.
It also replaces the Technical Note to Category 4.
