  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1985.\nExport control is:\n(a) extended on certain small boats to any destination in Iran or Iraq, and relaxed for certain larger ones;\n(b) introduced on phosphorus trichloride and trimethylphosphite.",
