# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No.2) Order 1989, Introduction: Introductory text


CUSTOMS AND EXCISE
Made 24th February 1989
Coming into force 25th February 1989
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–
